Description
This is a rich blend of 4 fabulous coffees from Latin America (Columbia and Brazil), Africa (Ethiopia) and Asia (Sumatra). The roast lies between first and second crack, making it suitable for both filter/cafetiere and espresso drinkers

Fazenda Rio Verde, Brazil. Coffees are grown at elevations of up to 1300 meters above sea level,
About this coffee:
Columbia (Southwestern region): associated with higher quality coffees as coffee is grown at higher altitudes which slow ripening giving higher levels of acidity (citrus / plum / toffee / chocolate)
Ethiopia’s Sidamo coffees are known for their rich body that is very complex along with a bright and vibrant aftertaste that are fairly consistent from year to year.
Sumatran coffees have one of the most recognizable profiles in the coffee world: earthy, full, and packed with cedar and spice. Giling Basah, a unique method used in processing the coffee, results in a very full body with low acidity and a concentrated flavour that lingers.
Brazil (yellow bourbon): Pulped natural sun-drying process, the honey method, provides a thick caramel body, very fine acidity and a sweet taste.
