About this coffee:
Based in Western Honduras, Cooperative Agricola Cafetalera San Antonio Limitada (COAGRICSAL) is a smallholder organisation of coffee, cacao and chilli producers. Formed in 1998 with 32 members today it has over 1,500 families that benefit through the generation of jobs and development of social projects such as: access to roads, the development of community centres and schools, water management, reforestation and police stations.
Processing Details
This coffee comes from approximately 300 COAGRICSAL producers who contributed to the Corozal collection center in Corozal, Trinidad, Santa Bárbara. The coffee was washed and dried—20 percent by producers on their own property, 30 percent on patios at the mill and approximately 50 percent in machine driers.
